Print Biography:

Dan Sella is a member of our corporate and litigation groups. He represents clients in a wide range of corporate transactions, with focus on finance. In his litigation practice, he has extensive experience handling complex litigation in Israel and the United States.  He represented clients in a wide range of commercial disputes, including corporate control, securities, contracts and antitrust.

Before joining Zellermayer, Pelossof, Rosovsky, Tsafrir, Toledano & Co., Dan was a senior litigation associate at the New York office of Covington & Burling LLP, an international law firm, where he practiced civil litigation and white-collar criminal defense.  In his civil practice in the U.S., Dan represented clients in corporate and securities actions before federal and state courts in New York, Delaware, as well as other jurisdictions.  In his white-collar practice, Dan represented corporations and individuals in the financial and pharmaceutical industries, in investigations by the Department of Justice and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).  He also conducted internal investigations on behalf of corporations and board committees.

Dan is the co-author of "When Is Dating Illegal? Stock Options Investigations: Cases and Issues" (American Bar Association White Collar Crime, 2007).
