Our real estate department specializes in zoning and planning issues, and provides counseling services to clients with respect to the existing and future zoning plans, local and state wide, including with respect to change of designation of the real estate subject to such plans and the development of such real estate.

- The largest cellular company in Israel, in all its real estate matters, including in the spreading of optical fibers throughout Israel, the lease and acquisition of its distribution centers and its main offices and other related matters.
- A real estate partnership, in an acquisition of control of the Tel-Aviv New Bus Terminal, Israel's largest real estate project.
- A company traded on the Tel-Aviv Stock Exchange, in an acquisition of control of the assets-corporation of Israel's largest urban transportation cooperative.
- A multinational communication corporation, in the lease of 90,000 sq. meters of industrial space and the in the commissioning of the construction of the entire site.
- Various municipalities and local authorities in the spreading of optical fibers in the municipal territory.
In addition, one of the firm’s partners is a member of the steering committee that deals with the preparation and approval of the Nationwide Zoning Plan for communication and advised the Israeli legislation committee that dealt with the amendment of the section of the Israeli telecom law related to real estate.
